This didn’t seem any fault of the retailer, who was very understanding and tried to reassure me. I HAVE had issues with the Royal Mail at my address and had to raise grievances. The seller kindly refunded the items as they still have never reached me. I don’t know if that was down to how they packaged the items but assume the error was with Royal Mail.

I bought a new pair of shoes from a charity shop and these new laces have transformed my shoes, such great quality and value!
