The item had been removed from the original shipping box with my address label. The US postal service handed me this item as shown in the photos with the original manufacturer box destroyed. I showed him how I received this package & to make sure this was the item that he mailed to me. He said it's the correct item & if any issues he would take care of it. Thanks !!!

The picture showed a faucet with a pause button and this on did not have one. The sprayer does not set back in all the time. However, it was very easy to install with easy to follow instructions. All in all we are happy with the faucet and feel that we did get a good deal even though it was a slightly different faucet.
