It's a standard eBay listing in the style of many eBay listings (phones, computers, etc), with a single product photo that shows the basic item from the manufacturer's website, and 'Used' listed as the 'Condition'. But after buying the item, he then asked for more photos. Sensing this customer was going to be a hassle, his order was cancelled the same day, before he had even paid.
