I had purchased a different brand previously and although it stated it would work on a MacBook Pro, it clearly did not. Great quality and I have downloaded CDs to my library, listened to music with it and have yet to watch a DVD with it. The condition was new, as described and the appearance was what I had expected (and received). Great value, and I'm please I was able to purchase this while they are still available

Minus 1 star because of difficulty removing the cd from the external cd drive. No button to remove cd if the computer command doesn't work. Seller was great. Item arrived quickly.

After talking with the seller they shipped a replacement. It arrived as scheduled. Installed and working perfectly. The item came new and sealed in box. The value is well worth it. Thank God these folks fill that need, and they do it excellently. The drive appears brand new; it was safely packed and quickly shipped, the communication was perfect, the price was excellent, and I am delighted. They have my highest recommendation.
