It would not stay on the car because the tabs are gone. There are tabs on the spokes of the hubcap which attach to the spokes of the wheels. We personally install these on dealership lots often

I’m grateful it was not in a box so I could just roll it to my vehicle. I won’t lie, $70 for shipping SUCKS, but I highly doubt that has anything to do with the seller.
