Apple went cheap on the new iMac with nothing but two USB-C ports so I had to find a workable adapter as my old reliable iMac was losing all functions with no updates. About the same time, I also got a new open box Chromebook from eBay for only $100. It also had two USB-C ports along with the two of the most reliable USB-A ports which have been in use for three decades. Thanks for a great product.

Unfortunately bad weather between the seller's location and mine could not be avoided, as was obvious from the national weather reports. The construction is adequate for how I use these converters: attached to a single cable and usually not swapped, so they do not become worn and loose over time. Good value for my use; price hard to beat!

They were of good quality and in new condition and the price was fair. Hard to comment on their appearance, other than to again say that they appear to be in new condition. Nobody would describe them as especially visually pleasing, but they were never intended to be and they serve their purpose.

When I brought this up to the seller they just said it was shipped without a tracking number. I then asked what the bogus tracking number was for as it just misled me as a buyer. The seller immediately refunded my money without any explanation. I wasn't looking for a refund, just an explanation...! Happy but confused...!
