    These were advertised as new, but I question the veracity of that claim. I have bought this item lots of times from other sellers. They have a plastic seal inside the container as well as wrapping on the outside of the container. These items arrived without either seal. It also appeared the jars were not completely full. I contacted the seller who insists they are new and unused, but it seems unlikely to me. They did offer to allow a return, but paying the shipping fee to return was not worth it
