Unfortunately, the drum assembly did not perform like a new one after shipping. Seller worked with me to resolve issues. A second drum unit still did not resolve the issue. I ended up not trying a third time because other factors (bad weather in Texas) kept response time longer. I took a refund and am using my old drum unit in the new body for a moderate improvement in print quality.

I had to use an imaging drum from an older printer and toner from an older printer. It was stated that the printer was new and New toner and drum. Due to issues with shipping/ports/tariffs the drum was delayed. I sourced another and shipped direct to customer and also shipped 2 sets of toners for the inconvenience. Thanks for your patience and understanding in resolving this.
