I spoke to a great bloke called Vincent who looked into it straight away as soon as I raised concerns, he was fantastic and really polite and helpful. The quality of the item is absolutely first rate, condition as described brand new. I also can’t believe how good the value for money is and the appearance is spot on. Cheers guys.

They reached out to me when they realised there was a delivery problem and sent a replacement, which thankfully arrived (a bit early but that's Royal Mail's fault). Big thanks to Claudia and her great support. Would highly recommend this seller. A warning for the product, the base that holds the rings are glued!
