I could see if a person was fraudulently trying to KEEP THE PRODUCT. He declined. Now he is lying to ebay stating that the product is not as described in an attempt to force a return, even though right here in the feedback he admits that he was the one who purchased the wrong part. We have excellent customer service and back our products 100%.
