I was still being asked for information about my actuator after 3pm of the day it was sent only to find that a tracking number was issued after 12pm the same day saying that the item is sent. Today I received notification that the package is delivered to some place in ACT...my address is SA 5700. I want my refund....don't appreciate being mucked about.

Mine took 20 days and I had to contact them to ask what was taking so long. They weren't sure but said my order had not been forgotten. I'm guessing they were out of stock and waiting to get more, but I was never informed. I've used this seller a few times and this is the first time I've had problems.

The seller was very communicative regarding this, and this was acceptably resolved with a replacement part sent and it arrived complete.
