We did wrap the ornament in bubble wrap and used a padded bubble mailer to help protect it a little more. When buyer reached out about a dented box, aside from an apology, I also offered a full refund upon return. Because the buyer purchased this item already at a discount making the product only $10.12 there wasn't much else I could offer. I'm sorry again.
