The problem was that UPS was holding the package in Canada and wouldn't release it until I paid the customs fees. Once I figured this out UPS still took well over a month to send the package to me. The seller was very responsive and put in multiple calls to UPS for me. With the customs backlogs and my persistence on calling UPS we got the package cleared and delivered.
