So when it came time to replace it I ordered the same and I was so disappointed. The back height of the chair is 150mm lower that my old one so the head rest is at my shoulders making the chair unusable! I have has to reuse my old chair back with the new seat so that I can use the chair. Not ideal as the main bolt holes are different so only using 2 of the 4 bolts holes. Value engineering ruined a good product!

See photo of the response I got when questions where they are. £200 quid yet a car engine got deliver quicker and easier. Con men with coming customer service skills. Today I’ve had enough. Be requesting my cash back. All this seller tells u is don’t open a case wait till the case date ends. Defo a scam. Spoken to evri. They don’t deliver parcels over 10kg. Two wardrobes weight more than that each. Robber.

They did not attempt delivery by the time advised, as a result I missed subsequent delivery attempts, due to having to work, with no way to communicate with them to advise when would be a good time to deliver, or to get the driver to contact me when on the way so I could pop home from work. Really bad experience with delivery company.
