It arrived in a factory sealed box and initial trials plugged in to my guitar sounds very good, replacing the Cooltube 2 which is not as good, despite all the hype. Originally my 1998 Sante Fe came with the Accuracoustic preamp but it failed like they all do. I replaced it with the CTP2 but I never liked it as much. Now I have the DX, it’s sound similar to the Accuracoustic. 👍

Seller was helpful and kept me updated. The guitar arrived in about 12 days from Japan to the UK.
