Explained the problem with the item which I had no idea about as I could not test it. No false accusations etc or angry tone. I can totally understand the unfortunate situation so I refunded and just let the buyer avoid the hassle of returning it and could just keep it. Buyers should take after this model customer how to handle any unforseen issues calmly and correctly!

IGNORE this fb. There were NO scratches at all. It was inspected before shipping and packed very well in it's original protective material from the factory. There is no dent on the grill. You can't see any flaw on the grill. You read the auction and planned all along to scratch it yourself and whine about a grill that has no damage just to try to offer less than 1/2 of the price for it.
