The motherboard arrived as described and on time. I only wish I had known in advance that it had come from a CyberPower PC as the UEFI BIOS is slightly different from the one bought straight from ASUS (I achieved what I wanted, so it doesn't matter much). Would recommend this seller.

Packaging was the original box with manual and accessories it just didnt have the sleeve that slips over the black box that holds the gpu. Shipping was ok seller uses fedex and FedEx is the worse shipping Company to ever exist. On date of delivery fedex truck shows up and can't find my package it wasnt on the truck. SELLER PLEASE SROP USING FEDEX, GO UPS

The motherboard was well bubble packed, sealed in an ESD bag, CPU socket cover protected, came with an 3D printed I/O shield, extra M.2 standoff and screw, 2 SATA cables, and 2 aftermarket Wi-Fi antennae. Unfortunately it had missing heatsink mounts and DIMM locking lever damage so it was unusable. The seller accepted the return, provided a USPS mailer, and refund. Overall, I am satisfied and would consider this seller again. You should/would too.
