I had placed a previous order and the seller had mixed up the labels. I did message the seller but they didn’t reply. Luckily both parcels arrived fine. This parcel was packaged well and everything was as described.

It was sent after that and arrived well packaged, with everything as described. When it arrived along with a separate order that I placed at the same time, I realised that the label on the parcel was for a different, 3rd order that I had later placed. When the 3rd order arrived, it had the shipping label for this order on it. I notified the seller but didn’t get a response.
