Didn't come with the screws to connect the two halves together. But vendor responded right away and sent replacement screws. Very good communication. Didn't come with directions but vendor did respond right away to answer questions.

Luckily, our maintenance manager was able to separate them, and the installation went smoothly. The bracket fits perfectly on my Volkswagen CC and looks great once installed.
