Few have smart error (possibly due to my cable issue) but non-critical and fully functional. Used with SAS to SATA controller, it's working great. This is 2nd purchase as I had good experience with 1st purchase. Very well packaged, feels "like new" condition. Highly recommend this seller & products.

The drive itself was DOA, however customer support responded to my RMA request quickly and gave me a return shipping label free of cost. I received a full refund after 24 hours of the drive being returned to their offices and inspected. I have purchased multiple HDD from this seller, this is the one and only time I had issues with the HDD I received.White Label OEM 20TB 7.2K RPM SATA 6GB/s 3.5" HDD - Comparable to ST20000NM004E (Nr. 297003472105)
