Voltage input is as stated (3.0 - 3.7 V, up to 4.2 V is also OK at least at low currents). Output power is adjustable. It came set to about 25 mW output power according to my meter. I adjusted it down to 4.7 mW of 555 nm optical power, taking 195 mA at 3.3V. Note: tiny trimpot is hard to adjust accurately.

The NUBM38 instead of the NUBM35 that I ordered. When I explained all of this the buyer just offered 10% off my next purchase. This store is Terrible at business, I will never do business with them again and I will make sure to notify everyone I know to avoid them as well.
