When that time came it had not been shipped. I asked seller when this would arrive. Had no initial response back. Then I contacted eBay and was told I could make a claim the next day. The next day seller responded, with the explanation of moving gone slower than expected and thus the item didn’t ship. Yes, there was a delay and we were slow with response. We tried to move the entire business to a location in a new state without shutting down sales and shipping, but the plan came undone and we missed some shipping deadlines. NEW permanent home for Novation Pinball Supply in Riverside, NJ! We will make the store better, bigger, faster and offer more items for your pinball needs. Thank you to everyone for your support!!!
