When that time came it had not been shipped. I asked seller when this would arrive. Had no initial response back. Then I contacted eBay and was told I could make a claim the next day. The next day seller responded, with the explanation of moving gone slower than expected and thus the item didn’t ship. Yes, there was a delay and we were slow with response. We tried to move the entire business to a location in a new state without shutting down sales and shipping, but the plan came undone and we missed some shipping deadlines.
