I was charged $9 for shipping and the item was sent in a plain white envelope with no extra protection that cost $0.64. Took almost 2 weeks to arrive. Thankfully it wasn't damaged but charging $9 to ship a $15 card in less than $1 envelope is pretty unacceptable.
