The quality of the boots is terrible ( the upper leather peels and explodes after just one time because of low-quality faux leather). Feel very upset about that. I sent the boots in the picture and the right size. The boots were new, so unsure how they exploded, but sorry for the issue. I'm a little upset with that, but other than that, I can't complain. It was he sent it in a timely fashion. I got it right away. I just wish you would have sent it in a bare box.
