Asked again for an exchange and was still ignored. Seller at this point blatantly seems like they’re just trying to scam buyers with used products marked as new that are also defective. Look at our FB. Buyer messaged us 5am in the morning on 11/19 claiming to received defective item. Read messages 4 hrs.at 9am when business opened and approved request for a prepaid return label to be sent. To date Buyer has yet to send the item back! Instead of being civil about this transaction, buyer chose to bully us by sending defaming messages, making false claims and statements along with negative FB.
