    Seller shipped the computer without a box, just wrapped in foil. It arrived damaged due to this completely inadequate packaging—any reasonable person would know this isn’t acceptable for shipping electronics. I contacted the seller, but received no reply. After waiting a few days, I opened a return request, which the seller immediately closed without offering any solution or support. Very disappointing experience. Avoid if you expect basic care.

    The item was shipped with an adequate amount of plastic wrap, foam, and bubble wrap and properly labeled as fragile and heavy and should have made the trip safely. It was most likely mishandled or dropped during shipping or while it sat for 2 months until i was notified of the damage, that along with the heavy weight of the item would have caused such damage and a box would not have protected it from that.
