It includes a hard, zippered storage case, which provided plenty of protection during the shipping process. The product arrived in a bubble wrap eBay bag, and everything was damage-free. It was also 99% charged already. The shipping was really fast, and at an incredible price. I will look for more items that I can use from this seller in the future.
