Came in a few days which was great. Only downside was that the measurements given of the screen were larger than the actual size given of the laptop . We wanted to order a bag/case to carry it with so we had to wait until the laptop came to get accurate measurements.

USPS would have been much faster, our own national mail system uses airplanes instead of trucks to do long transits. Laptop is smaller than expected. It has a super wide screen, which means: Even though it may be called a 16" screen, in reality it is a 14" wide screen. Typing keypad is too small to type, does not feel natural.

The computer locked up and would not shut down the first day, he sent a return label and refund and all is well. My daughter says ctrt and 2 other keys is a emergency shut down, I am 87 and did not know. Thanks jdnuss837

There was the original box with the computer in it placed inside of another box, which is the right way. However, there wasn't enough packing around the inside box against the outside box, luckily the damage to the outside box did not prove to be fatal to the inside box. My suggestion is to use more packaging inside the box where the computer box is put in .
