Upon receipt one of the two remotes was not working, and when I asked about sending another remote or a partial refund, they quickly got back to me an asked me to clean the battery connectors in the remote. Went at it with a Q-tip and voila, fixed. Always happy with a well-made product, especially when it is very fairly priced, but it's worth extra mention when you get a quick solution to a problem. Many thanks.
