You can tell someone box cut the shipping label off the manufacturer box and taped it to a fed ex box and it was loose in that box with no protection, even the manufacturer box was gone and no Styrofoam. I might recommend charging a extra $5 for another box and bubble wrap.

Seller offered a 50% refund for me to just keep the product which I accepted, I can use some of that to buy the pads and see if the supplier can send me a new piece that broke.
