Seller left the security tag on the tote so there was no way for me to remove it in order to use my bag for my weekend trip. This was a very rookie mistake from an experienced seller. Walking around with a security tag would appear like I was a shoplifter. The seller did refund my money once I returned the tote, but I was very disappointed that she didn’t offer to ship the tote back, have her remove the tag, then return to me. Poor customer service
