I always hesitate to give negative feedback -I know that sellers depend upon positive feedback. You kept repeating yourself in different way. The main way was how you wanted a refund without returning them or you would leave negative feedback. Which is feedback extortion and breaks eBay policy. For those of you that think this person has been on eBay for 23 years...people buy old accounts just for this reason. To use it as a backing to get refunds without returning. Clearly this buyer doesn't know the rules. Shorts were USED, not new

The manufacturer described them as a size 10. Says it right on the tag "US 10". So you are calling out one of the biggest shoe manufacturer New Balance as wrong on their sizing?...again...um no. If these are to tight, then you are not a size 10. Try going up a size. Thank you! 8/12
