I received the item, with no tags and product seemed lightly used. I ordered this one specifically for the tags. I contacted the seller and they claimed it fell off and that they could send me a picture as well as the tag. A week went by and they hadn't sent the tag. After a follow up they said they were working on it and would send a picture. Since then, I have sent 6 follow ups and no response from the seller
