Item received had missing and damaged game pieces and was not secured in shipping box. Seller finally agreed to return, but shipping label provided included a wrong address (seller moved & did not provide forwarding address) and USPS couldn't deliver. Because technically item wasn't returned to seller, they did not refund item. Ebay customer support had to get involved.
