I was quite pleased when I opened the box and took the boots out. They looked exactly as they did in the photo. They are incredibly comfortable, and putting the personalization was the key to these beautiful boots. I will order from this seller again. I've been eying a pair of Chukka boots, and after receiving these, it's a no-brainer to order again.

For shoes that were handmade I was surprised how soon I received them since they were shipped from a mother country. The thing and this is minor for me the shoes were supposed to be beige and tan. The shoes were white and tan. I am going to polish the shoes before I wear them anyway. And I will change the color from white to beige in the polishing process very easily done.
