In trying to return the seller 1st said I had to wait 5 days. After 5 days nothing showed up Claims it was sent, check your spam, check your junk. claims it was sent. and is refusing to issue a return label. Ebay verified it hasn't been sent. Ebay helpline is now giving them an additional 5 days to issue a return label. I'm still out $700.

The laptop opened up with Windows 10 Pro that had been installed on 02/10/2021 Where has this been sitting since 2021? I have tried to update to Windows 11 Pro numerous times to no avail. Communication is terrible with seller He sent a email telling me how to program it myself. I am not a computer programmer, so I had to carry both laptops to a reputable computer shop to have them put Windows 11 in them at an extra cost of $150.00.

There was the original box with the computer in it placed inside of another box, which is the right way. However, there wasn't enough packing around the inside box against the outside box, luckily the damage to the outside box did not prove to be fatal to the inside box. My suggestion is to use more packaging inside the box where the computer box is put in .
