I've been in the engraving business for over 20 years in central Illinois USA and this laser has not disappointed. The tech support is only via email but I have found them very quick in responding back to me, even when it's 0300 their time. Shipping was very fast via Fedex. It took a week from China to my door step. It is package well. This company sells a great product. I bought the 50W Galvo/Fiber laser.

The packing was great, also open the case to look inside and it looked very professional! Highly recommend, will absolutely buy again! The control board and everything looks quality! Everything came in perfect condition!
