What arrived was different than pictured and was crushed. Seller claimed to have packaged the item in “a lot” of bubble wrap. It was NOT. The cross had been crushed/broken off the beads and the laminated holy card was just a simple holy card that was also crushed. I challenged the sale and had to ask eBay to step in TWICE to get a FULL refund. He claims it got crushed by the USPS, but I think he crushed it himself and returned it because he couldn't get it at the price he wanted, demanding a 50% discount off the price to have it supposedly repaired. When I told him I could fix it for him, he got very nasty with me. He was trying to get the rosary for months, low balling me on the price. He is blocked now and won't be bothering me ever again!

It was bubble wrapped against a cardboard strip and thrown in an envelope used to mail letters. Item was improperly shipped. This item may or may not be used.
