You do have to be a little careful when you fold it up and keep your fingers away from the bigger wheels when you are collapsing it - i found that out rather quickly. Offered a rebate if I kept item or full refund if I wanted to return item. Decided to keep it and there was no damage to contents. Very satisfied with service provided by seller. Only took four days of back and forth emails and have already received refund. Could not be happier with outcome. Would certainly buy from this seller again.
