It looks nearly NEW, has power cord and charger, boots up and works. Got it for its xp which plays all my legacy age of empires and others that will not work on my win 10 and 11 computers. Have had three or 4 times to play, and so far it has functioned almost perfectly; once, i did have to crash the computer to shut it down.
