The parts were in the original plastic bags, sealed and complete. In fact, those looked completely new. I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again, and in fact, anxiously look forward to future transactions.

It was a plugin battery charger for a R/C car battery. The charger still worked and I was able to repair it. They offered to send me half of the money back as a refund and I excepted.
