Things are not always perfect in this world, but I admire the timeliness of her email responses, and willingness to make things right.

Was well packed and just as described & seller had shipped fast, fast!! Contacted seller after received & saw breakage & provided several photos of breakage. Seller immediately responded (within 1/2 hour) & issued a full refund rather than file a USPS damage claim. So, all is good.
