It bounced around inside the box because all the cardboard inserts to protect slipped out of place and were crushed & torn. Obviously, this guitar was excessively knocked around. The seller did not "overpack the factory packaging for added protection" as indicated, thus 4 Stars. Regardless the guitars EXTERIOR is pristine, time will tell if possible internal issues will arise from the pounding taken.
