They patiently answered all of my questions and sent in-depth photos so I was able to carefully inspect the items, and on arrival they were brand new, original seals intact and untampered with. I appreciate the small details, like the packaging being a large box because I'm used to getting plushies all squished and choked out with tape lolol.
