There was a problem with the first shipping carrier which I won’t disclose their name saying no such address and sent it back to the seller for no reason the seller had everything correct. And he re sent it with another carrier and still made good time getting it to me .

The bear was packed inside the box with foam wrapping and well protected. The bear was as described. The bear came inside its original Styrofoam container with the head well protected with foam. The money I spent on this bear was definitely well worth it. This well make and excellent Christmas gift for my daughter. I would order from this seller again.
