The boxed set of books was first sealed tightly in plastic so even if dropped in water it would be alright. That was inserted into a heavy brown paper bag and scrunched around to fit in the shipping box. Shipping was extra super quick going out the same day as my purchase. The price for the set was a good value being about 10% less than others. Perfect transaction!!!!!

It was purchased as new in an opened box and matched the pictures the seller had posted. All communication was courteous and thorough. They were very patient with me. It took me a while to realize I needed to process the transaction differently if I wanted to change the ship-to address, so they had to cancel and re-list the item twice before I finally was successful.
