They were very fast with communication, reasonable regarding price, and helped resolve a shipping issue by promptly opening a case when the Post Office failed to update tracking info. I am so glad they were able to get it resolved, and I ended up receiving my item with only a short delay. I would also add that packaging was above and beyond and my item came as described. Would 100% do business with them again.
