Unfortunately the courier service was Evri who held onto the parcel for 3 days then emailed to say they would deliver on Hallowe’en between 10:30 and 12:30 to my safe place. They did not- it was dumped on my driveway at 20:30 despite 2 messages to ‘customer service’ (with no response). Please do not use this courier again.
