Seller’s response was rapid and gracious. They sent a replacement immediately! The condition was marked open box new and that's what I received even though it's a new item. High quality and great value. Outstanding service! I am definitely recommending this seller! 5 Stars all the way around. Tremendous buying experience.

As far as the box being in rough shape, it was in rough shape as far as collectors are concerned, but it was fine overall, and the product inside was pristine with all the wrapping material. As for the item, I wouldn’t pay the ridiculous prices scalpers are charging, but I got this one at a fair price. Would definitely do repeat business with this seller
