Very fast shipping ( less than 10 days from Japan) , no shipping or customs fees, they have beautiful instruments at very good prices. All good reasons for shopping with them. Highly recommended. Although listed as "used," as a muscian of 25 years, I would venture to say this instrument had never been played prior - Item condition is better than as described. Shipping was messy, but that was due to new US customs & trade policy, not the fault of the seller. The packaging worked fine for the the long journey from Japan to Colorado, USA. Alas, the listing did state a hard case and that was sadly, not true. Likely just an oversite, but still a bummer.
